Kitchen Manager
Salary: up to £40,000 per year (DOE)
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen across restaurant service and events. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be cooking, managing, training, and helping drive standards forward.
• Running all kitchen sections and leading service
• Managing prep for restaurant service and events
• Training, developing, and leading the kitchen team
• Stock control, ordering, waste management, and supplier relationships
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Creating and managing staff rotas
• Weekly reporting on kitchen performance and P&L;
• Supporting the Chef Director on menu development and wider operations
• Driving the company vehicle where required
• Any other reasonable duties required to support the business

Chef
Salary: up to £33,000 per year (DOE)
As a Chef at Pit Kitchen, you’ll work across all sections, supporting both restaurant service and events. You’ll be part of a close-knit team cooking bold, seasonal food over fire — with room to learn, contribute, and develop.
• Working across all kitchen sections
• Supporting prep for restaurant service and events
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation
• Assisting with stock control and ordering
• Supporting the Kitchen Manager and Chef Director on menu development
• Any other reasonable duties required to support the kitchen

Front of House Manager
Salary: up to £36,000 per year (DOE)
As Front of House Manager, you’ll lead the guest experience at Pit Kitchen — setting the tone, maintaining standards, and building a confident, motivated FOH team. This is a hands-on role, leading from the floor during service.
• Overseeing all front of house operations
• Leading, training, scheduling, and motivating FOH staff
• Acting as the main point of contact for guests
• Managing service flow and resolving guest feedback professionally
• Ensuring compliance with H&S; and licensing requirements
• Working closely with kitchen and management teams
• Coaching staff and carrying out performance reviews
• Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and ambience
• Managing POS systems and end-of-shift reporting
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Monitoring labour costs and staffing levels
• Supporting senior management with reporting and planning
